Principal's Message

Welcome to Warden Middle School!

It is an honor to serve as principal of a school where students are encouraged to grow, take risks, discover their strengths, and become the best version of themselves. Middle school is an important chapter in a young person’s life, and we want these years to be filled with meaningful learning, strong relationships, memorable experiences, and opportunities to belong.

At Warden Middle School, we believe every interaction matters. Our goal is for every student who walks through our doors to feel known, valued, challenged, and connected. We hold high expectations for our students while surrounding them with adults who care about their success and are committed to helping them grow.

Our Cougar Code guides who we strive to be. We challenge our students to lead with character and courage, achieve through effort and perseverance, serve others with kindness and humility, and leave a positive mark on their school and community. We want our students to understand that success is not about being perfect. It is about having the courage to try, learning from mistakes, and working to become 1% better every day.

We also believe school should be a place students want to be. Through academics, athletics, activities, leadership opportunities, our House system, and the many experiences we create throughout the year, we want students to find something that makes them excited to come to school and proud to be a Cougar.

Our work would not be possible without the partnership of our families and community. When students, families, staff, and community members work together, we create something special for our kids.

At Warden Middle School, we refuse to be ordinary. We are building a school where students belong, where learning matters, where character counts, and where every Cougar is encouraged to leave their mark.
